Warthog® Nozzle Fluid Kits
These kits contain the viscous fluid and syringe
tool needed to service your Warthog® nozzle. The fluid is essential for proper internal damping and
seal performance — helping reduce friction and prolong nozzle life during tough jobs.

The viscous fluid helps dampen internal movement, maintain seal
integrity, and prolong nozzle life. It reduces internal friction during high-pressure jetting,
especially under demanding conditions.
Each kit is matched to a specific Warthog® nozzle model. Check
your nozzle model (WT, WX, WS, WH, or WG) and refer to the chart above — each card lists the
correct fluid and syringe included.
It depends on usage, but Warthog® recommends servicing the nozzle after
every 40-60 hours of use or sooner if operating in harsh environments (mud, sand,
high temperatures).
